1. PAYMENT PROCESS & SECURITY
We accept direct deposit and cash payments. If you would like to pay via direct deposit, you will be advised via text of our bank account details upon booking. Once we have confirmed that the payment has been credited to our bank account, your appointment booking will be confirmed.

2. PRICES
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Posh Lashes has the right to change or update pricing from time to time.

3. BOOKINGS
When booking an appointment, we require clients to pre-fill an electronic Client Consultation Form for new lash appointments. eForm will be sent via text to you upon booking confirmation. Do arrive on time.

4. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Your appointment will be confirmed via email. A reminder text message will be sent to your nominated mobile phone 24 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you simply respond to this confirmation text to confirm you are planning to attend. If you do not confirm your appointment we are unable to guarantee your booking.

5. APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS
Please note a deposit of 30% is required for all clients to secure your booking time. For those paying via bank transfer, deposit is to be transferred to Posh Beauty & Co Pty Ltd (Trading as Posh Lashes) bank account on the day of booking.

Deposit is applied on the day of your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule you must do so by giving us at least 48 hours notice of your appointment or the booking deposit will be forfeited. However if you cancel your booking with at least 2 days notice prior (48 hours) to your booking time, we will process your refund within 2 working days by crediting the deposit into your credit card or bank account.

6. RUNNING LATE
Everyone runs late from time to time. On any such occasion we will do everything possible to complete your treatment in the remaining time. Out of respect to clients following your appointment and our desire to run on time for all appointments, we may not be able to guarantee your full treatment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.

7. CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF APPOINTMENT TIME / NO SHOW
At Posh Lashes we strive to exceed your expectations. On occasion you may need to change your appointment time or day and will always respect this. To avoid any inconvenience, for new lash sets or infills, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 2 days notice (48 hours) so that another client has the opportunity to make an appointment.
Failure to give us 2 days (48 hours) notice of a cancellation, reschedule or a no-show will result in a 30% forfeiture of your deposit. For bookings made under 48 hours, the 30% deposit paid will be forfeited for any cancellation prior to treatment. We appreciate your understanding as when you cancel last minute someone else also missed out on lashes.

We will send a confirmation text and/or email the day prior to your booking. If we do not receive a confirmation from you the day before your appointment, your appointment may be given to another client.

8. REFILLS FROM ANOTHER SALON
If you had your lashes done at another salon and are coming to us for a refill, it is best to call us to discuss your options. We do not do infills from other Salons. We recommend to that you book in for a lash removal and have a new set done so that we can guarantee our workmanship. There will be a lash removal fee incurred. Exceptions may be given if lashes are in a refillable condition, however the cost of a minimum 4 week refill is required.

9. 48 HOUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a 48 hour period after your treatment, as any faults will be apparent within this time. We always provide you an opportunity to inspect your treatment immediately after completion as it is the best time for you to identify areas that you may not be happy with and request for a correction.
a) Contact must be made to us about your lash or brow fault or issue within 48 hours from the last appointment, by phone or email.
b) All claims must be validated by sending us a clear picture of the fault or returning to the location who did the work, within 2 days from the last appointment. Sometimes it can be difficult to determine whether a fault was due to workmanship, product, environmental impacts, improper aftercare or chemical make up of the individual. So we will offer to repair in good faith as long as contact to us is made within 48 hours and repair booked in within 4 days from original appointment. We will help to troubleshoot the cause of the issue, to prevent (at best) from occurring again. If the fault occurs again, and it is determined that it is outside our control, such as aftercare and chemical make up of the individual, then we may suggest that you are not a suitable candidate for the treatment. Please ensure you engage with your specialist during the consultation process as the final decision on design, length, shape, curl will be yours. Sometimes there are unique situations that require a unique solution. In all instances, we strive to achieve an outcome that is fair and equitable. Please talk to us about any concerns so we can work it out together.
c) We shall provide a free repair in good faith to remedy the fault within 4 days from the client’s last appointment. If client is unable to come within this period, the free repair shall be void. Client will need to book in for a full priced lash or brow treatment as per usual.

10. OUR RIGHTS TO CHANGE PRICES
We reserve the right to cancel or change prices and promotions at any time.

11. OUR RIGHTS TO ACCEPT OR CANCEL
Posh Lashes reserves the right to accept, cancel, decline or refuse a booking for any reason.

12. PRODUCT IMAGES
Please be aware that images may vary depending on your computer settings and therefore may not give a true depiction of what they actually look like. Please bear this in mind when browsing them.

13. PROMOTIONS

  • Refer A Friend Program (ends 31st May 2024): 10% off full priced lash and brow prices will be offered to both referral and referred. Referral discount is only offered to existing clients of Posh Lashes who referred a new friend to us and discount is only applied after the referred friend has completed treatment during the promotional period only. Referral discount will be applied at anytime within or after the promotional period. Referred friend cannot be an existing Posh Lashes client. Referred friend will receive 10% off lash & brow treatment with minimum spend of $50 for first time treatment only. Discount not valid in conjunction with any other specials, promotions or cash discount.
  • Get $30 off first time visit (offer ended): For new lash and brow sets with minimum spend of $89. For new and first time clients of Posh Lashes only. Not redeemable for cash out. Not valid with other offers of lash refills.
  • Posh Lashes Gift Voucher (On-going): Posh Lashes Gift Vouchers comes in $50, $80 and $100 in value. Valid for 12 months only from date of purchase. Any voucher balance can be carried forward for next treatment within the validity period. Refer to more conditions (*) and (**) below.

(*)To redeem voucher and make a booking, please quote voucher number and name. Must present voucher upon arrival and prior to start of treatment.

(**)All Vouchers or promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, referral program, is non-cash refundable, non-transferrable, for one person per booking, one time only, is subject to availability and not redeemable for products. Posh Lashes reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion at any time.

18a. REGISTRATION
Registration is completely optional. When you register you consent and agree to receive marketing information, offers and special discounts from Posh Lashes. Registration may include submitting your name, email address, address, contact numbers, options on how you wish to receive updates and promotional material and other information. You may access this information at any time by logging in and going to your account.

18b. ONLINE ORDER
Any order placed with Posh Lashes using the online store website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the specified price (including the delivery, tax and other charges) at the time of the order and under these Terms and Conditions. Posh Lashes retains the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, an error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website. Posh Lashes will confirm your order within 2 business days of your order request.

Pay using your PayPal. All our prices already include GST.

18d. PRICING POLICY
At Posh Lashes, we are committed to offering our customers convenience, service, product quality and availability online.

Prices displayed online are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.

18d. PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products are covered by statutory warranties, namely we warrant the products we sell to you are free from defects in workmanship and materials; of merchantable quality; fit for the purpose for which they were made and will match the description contained in our online catalogue or any sample provided to you. All products will meet these statutory requirements for at least three months from the date of purchase unless the product is covered by an extended warranty.

Statutory and extended warranties (if applicable) will not apply where you have caused the products to become damaged whether intentionally or unintentionally.

We recommend that you refer to the online catalogue, packaging instructions or manufacturer for further information about the intended purpose for which a product was made.

We reserve the right to test or assess any product returned to us in order to determine whether a breach of warranty has occurred.

18f. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched from our business premise within 2 business days where stock is available. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Posh Lashes ships orders to whole of Australia only.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate shipping charge of $9.90 for all orders under $150 and free delivery for orders $150 or more to the whole of Australia.

For an accurate delivery quote: place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout or Shopping Cart overview page. There is a ‘Calculate Shipping’ calculator under your selected products. Simply enter the postcode or suburb of your shipping address and select the relevant location from the dropdown list that appears and click the ‘Go’ button. The shipping cost calculator will display the total cost for delivery to your selected postcode or suburb. Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much shipping will be. All prices are in Australian Dollars and delivery/freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.

Additional charges may apply upon customer’s request for signature on delivery. Additional charges for registered post will apply.

18g. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Orders dispatched via Courier you will receive a tracking number which enables you to track your delivery on the relevant courier companies website (you will be advised which company has been used in your shipping email).

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

We understand that it is not always possible for you to be home to accept a delivery, which is why our drivers will deliver your package without requiring a signature. Our ‘leave at the door policy’ has been widely embraced by our customers for its convenience. If you prefer not to have your item and would like your goods to require a signature on delivery then please leave notes in the comments section when placing your order.

18h. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Posh Lashes ships goods to all of mainland Australia and Tasmania only.

18i. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If product has not been despatched, you are to inform of your order cancellation in writing to vivian@posh-lashes.com.au. Do provide your name and order number. A full refund will be made via PayPal accordingly.

18j. PRODUCT RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
We do not allow a return or exchange of product(s) due to change of mind or incorrect order by customer. Excluding cases where the product was shipped due to our error or was considered to be faulty on arrival. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. We’ll process replacement or return immediately if it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We’ll also pay the shipping costs under these conditions.

Please note that all product(s) are fully checked before dispatch, but in the unlikely event of faulty or damaged product(s) please return it to us within 14 days of delivery. We will happily send you a replacement product. If the product is not found to be faulty, we are happy to re-ship the item(s) back to you and you may be liable to pay the postage costs, otherwise they will be destroyed after 90 days. Due to false promises to return goods to us in the past we regret that we are unable to send replacements until the faulty product has been returned to us.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returned items, unless incorrect or defective. Replacements are also exempt from restocking fee. After 14 days of delivery, replacements or returns will not be accepted.

In the case of a refund you should expect to receive it within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

If you need to return an item, please email Customer Service at vivian@posh-lashes.com.au with order number and name. Please DO NOT return your items before your request is accepted. We’ll notify you the status of your request. We will also notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

18k. GST
The prices displayed on this website include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Posh Lashes website has been intended for use by Australian residents only.

18l. LINKED WEBSITES
This web site may contain links to other web sites (“linked web sites”). Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with linked web sites. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.

18o. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Access to this web site may be terminated at any time by us without notice. Our disclaimer will nevertheless survive any such termination.
